Joe Nall 2006

$10.00

Welcome to the Triple Tree Aerodrome in Woodruff, South Carolina, and our 8th year of covering the largest Fun-Fly event in the world. If you've never been to the Joe Nall, you're in for a real treat. With over 500 registered pilots, the variety of model aircraft was overwhelming; as a result it proved difficult for us to decide which models to include in this program.  Our features include aerobatic scale planes, warbirds, civilian aircraft and multi-engine models. Here's a small sampling of what you'll see; two very large Pitts Pythons, a huge one-of-a-kind Wing Derringer, a Northrop XP-56, a giant Quaker, a brand new model of a Katana S designed by Sebastiano Silvestri and a scratch built model of a Curtis B-2. In the noon air show segment you'll see precision formation flying courtesy of Frank Noll Jr.Jason Noll and John Glezellis.  David Shulman puts on a blazing performance with his BVM Ultra Bandit Curtis Youngblood keeps you on the edge of your seat with his gravity defying feats of helicopter showmanship . And finally, Mac Hodges and Dan Stevens fly the mighty B-29 carrying the X-1 Rocket plane aloft. After the release of the X-1, Mac Hodges puts the B-29 through an aerobatics routine that is nothing short of incredible; you won't believe your eyes! If you buy only one event video this year, this is the one!  Run Time:  97 Minutes
