Joe Nall 2007
Welcome to the Triple Tree Aerodrome in Woodruff, South Carolina, for the 25th Anniversary Celebration of the largest Fun-Fly event in the world.  With registration statistics indicating close to 550 aircraft, this year's event is one for the history books.  Our 3 flight line cameras were running all weekend to bring you the highlights of this great event.  Featured aircraft include Dave Morales' gigantic Vickers Vimy, Ralph Braun's A-10 Warthog,  Ralph Losemann's J-10 Jet with fully articulated thrust vectoring, Gary Denzler's Fokker D-7, Brent Wilhelm's B-25 and Dan Stevens' Blohm & Voss BV 237 plus many others.   In the one-of-a-kind category, we've documented Norm Smith's full scale target drone, which was built in 1945 and features counter rotating propellers.  Matt Chapman was back this year with an incredible full-size aerobatic routine that will knock your socks off; and we have a couple of in-your face shots of this routine where Matt actually flies beneath one of our cameras!   Noontime Demos include Curtis Youngblood's radical heli routine, Mac Hodges and Dan Stevens' B-29/X-1 flight and the aerial ballet of Quique Somenzini.  The producers of this program would like to thank Pat and Mary Lou Hartness, Kirby and Carol McKinney, Mike Gregory and Bob Sadler, as well as all the members of the Confederate Air Farce for their assistance during the shooting of this program.

This video is dedicated to the memory of Aubrey Nabors.
